Before We Begin

Please take a few moments to settle in and create a space that feels supportive for you.

You may wish to have:

  • A yoga mat or comfortable space to move

  • Pillows, blankets, or bolsters

  • Water or tea

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Anything that helps you feel grounded, safe, and at ease

There is no need to perform, achieve, or get anything right during this practice. You are invited to meet yourself exactly as you are today.

If possible, join a few minutes early so you have time to arrive, get comfortable, and settle before we begin.
