In coaching sessions with me, we work with your body as a source of insight and transformation. Together, we explore where your body holds tension, stress, or patterns that shape your inner experience. While we talk through what arises for you, I guide you in noticing the subtle ways your nervous system “speaks” through posture, breath, and movement.

Using mindful awareness, yoga-informed practices, and somatic tools, you’ll have space for self-exploration—discovering new possibilities for how you relate to yourself and the world. This gentle process helps your nervous system regulate, inviting more ease, resilience, and clarity.
