No prior experience is needed. All sessions are tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re new to coaching, therapy, or mind-body practices.

No special preparation is needed - just come as you are, curious and open, ready to explore what’s alive for you in the moment. To make the most of your session, try to find a safe, quiet space without interruptions, ensure your internet connection is stable if online, and have water, tea, blankets, candles or anything that makes you feel comfortable and supported nearby. The goal is to create a space where you can fully relax and engage.
