Her coaching emphasises choice, safety and attunement, honouring the body’s wisdom and each person’s unique pace. Karolin also offers somatic movement classes in Vienna, where her work continues to center accessibility, nervous-system education, and reconnection to one’s inner resource.

Karolin currently teaches in person at Manas and Frei Yoga Café in Vienna, offering classes rooted in accessibility, gentleness, and nervous system-informed guidance.

my purpose

I didn’t come to this work already feeling at home in myself. For many years, I felt disconnected from my own sensations and unable to access the emotional depth I longed for. Travel and writing became early doorways into self-exploration, and in 2018 - while in Mexico - yoga and meditation opened a new path toward sensing, softening, and coming alive again. During my teacher training in India, I remember being moved to tears by the simple wisdom of the body - a moment that reshaped how I approach both life and teaching.

Having experienced the shift from numbness to genuine presence, I’ve come to understand how powerful gentle attention, nervous-system awareness, and conscious choice can be. This transformation is what gives my work purpose: creating supportive spaces where others can reconnect with themselves, explore at their own pace, and discover their own inner aliveness.
